Short sleeve, collared button down shirt in white with blue, red, yellow and green florals printed over black paisley outlines has shoulder pads (easily removed) and curved hemline by JP Collections. No fabric or size tags, most likely polycotton, measures to a vintage small/medium. 40" bust, 38" waist, 44" shoulder seam to shoulder seam, 16" edge of shoulder pad to edge of shoulder pad, 7" sleeve, 29" to bottom of hem.
