There are two holes on the skirt hem which have been repaired with a patch on the back. Not very noticeable with such a full skirt. Also a small hole on the jacket front which has not been repaired. Also only one string belt loop on dress and no belt. Please see all photos. The color is a very dark blue and white stripe. Measurements lying flat: dress armpit to armpit 18 1/2”, waist 14 1/4”, shoulder to hem 42 1/4”. Jacket armpit to armpit 21”, shoulder to hem 17 1/2”, waist 13 1/2”.
