Approx 16.5" shoulder seam to shoulder seam. shoulder pads. rear zipper and button at back of collar. approx 40" shoulder to hem. Sophisticated with sexy cut out back. approx 5" sleeve length. I do go over each item thoroughly and am up front about any flaws that I find.
