Vintage Janice Wainwright dress. Black viscose with copper velvet trim. Mock turtleneck that buttons in back. Drawstring Waist but can be worn uncinched. Flowy skirt. This is a vintage piece so please see photos for measurements for sizing. I *think* this was shown in 1980 as part of her 1981 collection. The copper velvet is in an art deco style. Dry clean only.
