this is a vintage 2 piece skirt and top designed by janet wood london. silk. black with black sequins and bugle beads. skirt has side zip. just about 28'' waist. 28'' length. scalloped hem. lined skirt. the cropped top with spaghetti straps is matching material with sequins and beads. also marked silk. also marked size 14. top opening is approx 33'' across. length measured where strap is attached is 15.'' i do notice on the top there are some beads missing from front flower petal. former owner adjusted the strap with some stitches. am leaving as-is. note this is a vintage size 14...runs way smaller, more like 4-6? sold as-is.
