Kathy Manning brand measurements: waist: 14" , length: 40" crushed green velvet pants. These are high waisted and have a wide leg. No pockets, or belt loops in good condition, these pants collect a lot of dust/particles. that's why there's specks on them. They are in good condition for their age.
