Cluster of holes on the lower leg area, above the hem - see photos. Looks like a shoe heel may have gotten caught in the fabric, causing it to rip. Brown strings on the outside waistband on each side.

HENRI BENDEL. Black snake skin embossed, Mandarin collar, cap sleeves, fitted style with princess seams front and back, 5.5" slits at sides, hidden back zipper. 52% Acetate, 48% Rayon. There is a small spot near the collar see last photo, no attempt has been made to remove (probably a black Sharpie would do the trick!).
