Item Tag Heatherette

I was always frustrated with the way the fabric bunches to create this bubble skirt effect -- fair warning! That said, this fabric is BEAUTIFUL! There are a few pulls/runs to the chiffon fabric throughout, mostly by the side zipper and waistband.
