This is an original handmade dress! The collar is from Germany! The print is gorgous with an array of flowers set against a dark blue background! It is in excellent condition! I believe it is from the 1940's or thereabouts!

Beautiful handmade blouse. Seems to be at least as early as the 40’s. My first instinct would be to say it’s mourning wear from the 1920’s. I always second guess myself, especially in such great condition. Beautiful embroidered roses have a very elegant and beautiful look. All buttons are there and in good working condition. There has been significant mends made under the right arm, but it’s not very obvious unless you are looking. I didn’t even see the damage when I first picked it up! There is also some discoloration in the roses but in otherwise very good Congo room for such an old garment!!
