Exquisite Lorraine Vintage Creamy Satin Lace Trim Half Slip Tall Large Measures 27” Long Beautiful condition
Satiny nylon, designer lace hem, back slit. Max stretch ~21" flat.
This product is a vintage Montgomery Ward cream-ivory lace slit slip from the 1970s, made in the USA. The slip is a regular size M with a waist to hem length of approximately 27.5 inches. (See photos.). It features a half slip style with Antron III material and lace detailing. Antron III was designed for its non-cling fabric and moisture wicking qualities. This original piece of women's vintage clothing is ideal for everyday wear and adds a touch of retro charm to any outfit. Appears to have been machine hemmed (sturdy stitches/may not be”perfect” but adds to the charm when women used to alter their own clothing.) Very rare/hard-to-find item!
Crafted from a smooth, lightweight fabric, it provides a seamless layer under skirts and dresses. • Waist: 12" (24" doubled). • Length: 29".
Very good condition.
Elastic remains wearable and the pleated hem presents beautifully. The crystal-pleated hem seen here was a popular luxury detail during the late 1950s and early 1960s. Layer beneath sheer dresses and skirts.
