Sheer, Smocked, Lace with either real or faux Pearl Buttons. It's in beautiful condition & I don't see any issues with it except maybe pressing the front panel to make the lace lay down flat. I don't know my fabric's, so I'm not sure if it's nylon or possibly silk.
