Vintage Ladies Glass Beaded Flapper Dress Front piece It has a 1 1/4" velour band at the top which is approx 14" wide, when held taught, the lower part of the piece is about 1-2" wider than the top velour band width. Braided and beaded into loops. Very nice condition overall, looks like it has a little bead loss, there are some loose little strings off the bottom edge. It is in good sturdy condition, when you pick it up and set it down, it remains intact, pieces are not falling off, so there is no rot to the thread/cloth. I don't buy much vintage clothing but I just could not pass this up, since I don't see much of this sort of thing. I am naive about clothing so please inquire with any questions you have..
