This skirt is beautiful. Handmade either back in the 40’s or later with vintage fabric it’s definitely 1940’s fabric possibly a Rayon it is a pretty textured white background for delicate bouquets of tied flowers in a soft pink and a deeper moss green. Pleated on the top and spilling down to a full circle skirt. There is a beautiful single moon glow button side closure. The skirt is in excellent condition and questions are always answered.
