A dense beaver fur coat with substantial weight from the late 1950’s possibly early 1960’s. It has 2 front slip pockets, 2 loop clasp closures (one is is attached to the loop please note). Fully lined but note the stitching of the lining shown. Length is 23”, armpit to armpit is 21-22”, sleeve length is 21-22”. Cox’s department store opened in McKeesport Pennsylvania in 1955, Closed in 1982. Kept in house closet, smoke free pet free home.

Photo 4 is showing one of the pockets/lining. Photo 5 is one of the underarms. Photo 6 - top left small hole in underarm (hard to see as the fur swallows it up). Photo 9 is a similar issue, a small bit that is sticking out, but there doesn't seem to be a hole there either.

Sleeves are about 3/4 length. It has a 'Label Authority' label (which was required starting in 1952) with a letter 'B' on it, which indicates it is beaver fur.
