VTG 60s FRANKLIN SIMON NY WRAP DRESS STAINED GLASS PRINT BRIGHT MULTICOLOR EUC Description This is a vintage Franklin Simon dress in nylon. Cap sleeves, vee neck, knee-length. Color is cream with aqua blue, mint green, red, orange, pink, purple, and yellow. Excellent, gently used vintage condition: light wear, no holes, no spots, velcro has been added to bust closure (pictured). Size unmarked.
