Vintage Filigree Womens Cobalt Blue Event /Dance Dress Sz 16 Pre-owned. Fab little piece in good condition just has a few small tears in the lace inset , easily fixed with thread and some sequins. Or just left not terribly noticeable. This dress is perfect for ballroom dancing. Of course you could use it for any event.
