Item Tag Feminine

Amazing vintage dress. Rows of lace and embroidery. Lace trim around neck and arms. Not sure on fabric but it is is fully lined. No size tags but guess a large medium or a small large. The size charts say is a size large or 10 but it has zero stretch so I would be cognizant of that. No damages. Chest lying flat: 18.5 inches total length: 42.25 waist lying flat: 14.5 inches I believe this used to have a belt as it has loops. they could easily be cut off.
