Item Tag Fashion Frocks

This vintage long lace eyelet skirt and matching shawl was made by the Fashion Frocks brand who operated out of Cincinnati, Ohio from the 1920’s-1970’s Size on the tag for the skirt shows 14 the waist appears to be altered and measures at 27 inches the length of the skirt from waist to hem is 44 inches. The shawl does not have a size on tag and appears to be one size fits all.
