This is a black velvet polka dot embroidered mini dress by Farm Rio in a size medium. Sold at Anthropologie. It has a whimsical quirky fun retro look as it is embroidered with rainbow colored polka dots. Great for a party. Has pockets. Polyester and elastane. Machine wash. Hidden side zipper and button at back of neck. The elastic portion of the button closure is a bit thinner on one side, but feels sturdy to me despite that.
