Item Tag Dresseteria

Vintage 1980’s Dresseteria shirt type dress. No size noted, but has a pit to pit measurement of about 22”. Dress has two front patch pockets, elasticized waist and dropped skirt. No fabric content label is present but feels like a cotton or cotton blend. Cute pink and white decorative buttons. Has belt loops but belt is not included.
