Item Tag Draw string waist

This dress is a nice feeling jersey knit, the fabric label is very worn and cannot be read. Dry Clean only in French and English on a label. It buttons down the front with covered buttons, it has patch pockets and a draw string waistline. It measures 31 inches around the bust, relaxed but will stretch to 33, waist is up to 29, hips appx. 38 and it's appx 32 1/2 inches long from waist to hem.
