Fabric is a light weight nice rayon crepe, on the semi sheer side. right side hip is smocked with gathers at an angle under a V panel, smocking is hidden under the panel there. the fabric crosses over to the left side where there are to points that stand up over the shoulder, with lots of top stitched seams.
