Fabric: Probably polyester with ribbon and lapels are some sort of cotton maybe. Please see photos Exact age is unknown Approx measurements: Dress length from shoulder to hem: Bust: 32” Waist: 28” Length from shoulder to hem: 29.5” Each side of lapels is 11.5”L Fits: Small Condition: Inseam (around bust) was taken in as shown, other hand made alterations were made around dress, specifically the sides and back as shown. Needs new clasp on neckline, one fastener is broken, others are still intact but could use some reinforcing. Accessories are detachable (flower and bow) they attached by safety pins, pin holes on bow, some loose strings around dress. Alterations are visible. Ribbon has a little damage where they made the knot. Black pen marks/spots/stains/writing inside dress. Minor wear from age and use. Needs professional repairs for previous repairs/alterations and any areas that need to be fixed. Necklace does not come with purchase. Sold as-is
