One breast pocket - still stitched closed. Two hand pockets in the skirt. Both are lined. Plastic zippered back closure on the back of the skirt with button. Large shoulder pads are are sewn in under the lining.
The fabric is a black silk chiffon type material with the logo "Christian Dior" weaved in throughout in black. The text is not stamped on with ink, but insteadwoven directly into the silk fabric (visible as a subtle matte-and-shiny texture when the light hits it), this appears to be high-end silk jacquard.
