Item Tag design department sample

Second to last one of these salesman's samples. The last is teeeeny, this one a bit bigger. This one is a Cream jacquard knit rayon/nylon elastic foundation fabric with floral motif, satin elastic waistband, six original metal garter straps, and cotton-lined open crotch. Tag say's '3' which I have no idea what that means. You will have to go by the measurements which are the maximum measurements! That being said, I see this more as a collectors piece due to the fact that it is a design sample. Fairly rare.
