Rare VTG 50s FRANK USHER Blue Metallic Lightning/Branch/Neuron Jacquard Dress. Beautiful vintage dress by Frank Usher! It's in good used condition for its age. Minor overall wear. The 2 buckles at the bottom have some discoloration (see pics). No holes. Freshly dry cleaned November 2025. There are wires throughout to help it keep its shape.
