Waist- 24" on coat, 13.5" on skirt. Pencil skirt cut, closing with eye hook and zipper. Bust- 22.5" on coat. Only the skirt is Lined. The skirt has 1" waistband, 2 side pockets. Sleeve- 22.5" on coat from neck pt to sleeve hem.
