Good condition, some stains I tried to clean, needs to be dry clean. I believe it’s a size 9 but fits like a small , see measurements in photos. One of the hook and eye closures needs to be repaired. Zipper works great.
Condition: Excellent. The mink is soft with no dry patches. This exquisite jacket is made of dark chocolate brown mink coat and has a ‘striped’ design exterior and soft chocolate brown swede sleeves.

Both the dress and jacket have labels that reads, "Eloise Curtis for Happenstance.". I believe it is circa 1960s. There are three matching buttons and button holes on each sleeve. There are patch pockets at the waist and a chocolate brown acetate lining inside.
