Item Tag CD Williams And Co

This is a gorgeous heavy, well constructed wall cape with a red lining and a heather blue outside. Beautiful gold buttons the initials RH in embroidery. I’m assuming that refers to the hospital. There is one light spot that is actually pretty difficult to see on the front. I did take a picture of it and I did not try to clean this so that may come out and then there is another spot on the inside of the collar which I think would come out with some wandering. This is also pictured.
