Vintage Carelle Skirt Top Beautiful vintage skirt set. Very good condition. Needs clasp at back of skirt. I do not know what kind of material this is but instructions do say dry clean only. The fabric feels like cotton Arms are pleated with adorable bows. Elastic at sides of waist for comfort. Super cute split at the bottom of the back of the skirt.
