This vintage Carmen Foundations elastic drop waist nylon spandex petticoat half slip is a rare find from the 1960s, made in the United States. The ivory color and embroidered floral details add a touch of elegance to this everyday piece. With a waist to hem length of approximately 27 inches, this petticoat is designed for a comfortable and flattering fit. It measures approximately 16” across the waist and the drop spandex section measures approximately 9.5”. It is in great condition. The last 3 photos show some dark spots of unknown origin.
