This beautiful dress from the 80's is a beautiful teal with black detailing and shoulder pads. It comes with a black belt. It measures 21.5" from armpit to armpit, 17" across at the shoulders, 45.5" from shoulder to bottom hem. This is rare find in such excellent condition.
