Item Tag Bright Lime Green

Material has a heavy stiffer feel. There are a few marks on the trim on the waist and sleeve but nothing very noticeable. Please see photos. Measurements lying flat: armpit to armpit 17”, empire waist 15 1/2”, shoulder to hem 55 1/2”.
