Vintage 50s 60s Bonwit Teller Cobalt Royal Blue Suit Brass Horse Buttons S M
Here is a royal blue color wool knit suit by Bonwit Teller. The suit has a union label that dates it to the 50s or 60s era. The jacket is double-breasted and closes with six brass buttons with horses on them, it has a peter pan collar, has seam pockets, and is fully lined in a matching blue lining. The skirt has a metal zipper on the side and is fully lined. This suit is in fairly good condition for its age, except for a small spot and repair on the lower back of the skirt and stains inside the collar of the jacket, so it will need dry cleaning (see last two photos). There is no size tag: shoulder 16", bust 41", length 22", sleeves 21". Skirt: waist 25", hip 36", length 23.5".
