The outer fabric is a satin crepe that is 75% acetate and 25% rayon, and the full lining is 63% acetate and 37% rayon. The previous hanger it was on discolored the fabric a bit under the shoulders, there is a small spot under the collar, and there are small anti-perspirant marks.
Features short sleeves, two front patch pockets with contrast piping, and a relaxed workwear silhouette. Fabric is yarn-dyed, not printed. Pre owned, shows general wear. Slight seam separation at sleeve.

For sale is a black velvet opera coat with a hood and 2 button closure. It is likely from the 1930s or 1940s. I would say the fit is an extra small or small depending on what you want to wear underneath. I usually wear a small or medium and it is a bit tight in the arms and the buttons just close. The velvet has some wear with holes and flaws from age. The lining is a silk/satin like material with holes and tears. It has not been washed since I bought it. Please see photos. This is a used, vintage item being sold as is.
