This vintage 1980s Bernard Perris 'wiggle dress' is black silk. It is fully lined, off the shoulders, very sexy. It has a 'hour glass' shape. The hem is uneven and longer on the left side. The waist has a right side gathering of a one loop ribbon bow 21" long. then goes to hem. The long sleeves have a zipper closure. The back has a long zipper closure. The vintage condition is excellent with no damage. The size is X-Small ; very tight fit. The measurements are; (because this dress is so unusal the measurements are approximate.)
