Lovely four piece Edwardian 1900’s dress. I have a feeling this was worn as a Wedding Dress.Today you could add a beautiful white fur and wear it in your Magical Winter Wedding,perfect for Summer as well. All closures are hook eye and snap. Silk camisole is lace trimmed, two straps are pictured pinned, but I have since reattached with a couple stitches. Sheer blouse has a small tear near one underarm, and a little yellowing underarm, but you cannot see once the silk overlay is added. Blouse hem is left unfinished, no stitched hem,just cut at bottom,which is normal in these pieces. Blouse bottom is also hidden tucked into skirt and covered with overlay. Skirt has a very faint mark in lower end,see photo, may come right out in a gentle soak, or put that side in back. Skirt closes with snap, hook and eyes like the overlay and cami. Darling little glass beads pearls and yarn flower design. This piece is handmade,and very well done. I believe it is silk.
