ITEM: Vintage 1960's sleeveless Scooter dress by New Fashion. Made in the USA. Fabric is Fortrel Polyester Doubleknit. Lightweight so you won't overheat on a hot day. Contrast yellow stitch adds to the character. Romper look shoulders with faux buttoned tabs. Short 8" long zipper down front. Breast darted for a more shapely and comfortable fit. String loops keep the self tie waist belt in place. Faux pockets.
