Absolutely adorable vintage dress in cotton candy colors! Cute huge pockets, tie-front false blouse, and breezey full skirt. City-pop vibes! Size might be a vintage 16 (?), but it fits my size 10-12 dressform well. Please see pics for measurements! A couple light spots (pictured) on the skirt blend into the pattern and are not noticeable when worn. Fabric feels like cotton, possibly a cotton/rayon blend. ~43" from shoulder Waist is elastic and stretches up to 18"
