Item Tag Armpit To Armpit 18”

Please see actual measurements in item description Super great dress but it has a few issues 1. 2 small spots on the back as shown on the skirt part 2. A run on the left arm as shown. 3. A few small runs and 2 sequins missing under the right arm pit There might be a few more embellishments might be missing but I don’t see any No material tag . I’m assuming it’s silk but it has a feel of being a littler thicker. Fully lined Really heavy- a little over 4 lbs without a box!
