Anyone familiar with St. John knit clothing knows Santana knit; it is their proprietary 80% wool/20% rayon blend that is prized for its texture, durability and color fastness. This sweater is not by St. John and is 75% wool and 25% rayon, so it's not exactly the same, but it has a similar feel and should share the other characteristics, as well.
