Item Tag Amilio Veste The Talbots

It has some stains, shown in the photos. The zipper works, but it isn't as smooth as the more modern ones. I believe it's a long midi, or maxi length. I added waist, top to waist, and waist to hem measurements in the photos. Very rare find, and it still has the matching belt!
