Thank you for looking at this item. This dress is from a smoke free home and it was worn once we had a party and the theme was Victorian costume it’s velour it’s not lined. It looks better on person than on the hanger. It has an adjustable back . if you’re prone to being cold, it would also be cute with a black turtleneck underneath and black tights. There’s a matching fabric belt as shown in the photos.

This is a nicely handmade dress/apron. Its 43" long (neck to bottom) and 22" arm to arm. It has 4 ties so I believe you can tie it differently than I did in the picture.
