This dress is in good condition with no rips, holes or stains. The knit belt has some yellow stains in spots, I've tried hand washing it with dawn soap but the stains still persist. I'm really not sure what size dress this is so please review the measurements. The waist has an elastic waistband so it can fit many different sizes, at it's greatest it measures about 18" flat, so roughly 36" around. The material feel and looks like linen to me. Also it has shoulder pads incorporated in the dress. I've hung and steamed this garment.
