EUC vintage/retro 1980s Caroline Wells Collection Petites poly floral belted peplum dress, 10P. Front button closure, short sleeves with button accent. 5.5" peplum. Front=37" from neckline to hem. Back=41.5." Chest~39." Should seam=5." Sleeve=12" from shoulder seam to sleeve hem. Back vent is 8.5" long. Belt=34" with 5 black metal grommeted holes, white "marbleized" plastic buckle.
