VTG 70s Black Jonathan Logan Shirtwaist Midi Dress. Dress is a black shirtwaist style w/ long sleeves & has a waist tie belt. It is made by Jonathan Logan & feels like it is made of polyester. It buttons down the front top & has elastic in the sleeve cuffs.
