Movie Star company came out in the mid 1930s. Aimed at stars and the wealthy .They skyrocketed in the late 50s when stars started wearing they're gown sets in movies. In the 60s they went more towards the "baby doll" look. This is a timeless.set..made of 100 nylon with butterfly sleeves on gown lace squared off bodice And fitted under breast with a A line drape. 53 inches long sets at top of ankle..the matching robe is also fitted under breast with matching lace 1 button closure and flares into a A Line drape..peach in color very well preserved..Don't hesitate to email or text me with your questions...A must have for any gown collection.
