The only notable flaw is two small stains on the front center of both the smooth underdress lining and the overdress. It lightened up wonderfully with a simple hand wash, and should easily be removed with professional cleaning.

Antique original long 1920's cotton lawn night gown. fabric is very fine cotton lawn, very soft. looks like a piece of lace was not finished, see photo, looks like they started to put the lace on and did not finish or ran out.
