It is made of a cotton blend material and has an ethnic/peasant look. The dress is an original piece and was manufactured in Bangladesh.

COOL VINTAGE 1980S RIO de JANEIRO BRAZIL SEQUIN PARROT WOMENS DRESS/COVERUP SZ M
This is a totally rad (get it? lol) vintage sleeveless dress/cover up from the 1980's. It measures to a size M for a loose fit a large for a tighter one. It is a pretty kelly green cotton dress with a large sequin parrot in a tree in the center and Rio de Janeiro Brazil in cursive underneath it. It comes to just below the knee and has 7.5 inch slits on either side. It solid green in the back. It is in excellent vintage condition, I don't see an issues but I may have missed something. It is hand wash and line dry. Thanks!
