This is a vintage Stevens Forstmann trench coat from the 1960s, made of a wool blend with mohair fur in an ivory color. It has a tailored look with a chest size of 40", shoulder to shoulder measurement of 16", and shoulder to hem length of 36". The coat is in a tan cream color and is an original piece from the United States.
Brown velvet at the collar. 2 flap front pockets. Fitted at the waist. Double breasted. Made in USA. Small moth-licks on lower back. Arm length shoulder to wrist: 61 cm / 24,01". Minor restorations by hand on the collar, under the left pocket, on the back and at the top of the right sleeve.
Gorgeous Od Hollywood glamorous 1940s rayon silvery blue jacket with tiny pocket and silk ribbon tie! Excellent condition with two tiny spots on back (last photograph). Ribbon is frayed at ends. Should accommodate most sizes, with best fit likely being sizes 6, 8, and 10. Shoulder to shoulder is 16 inches, chest is approximately 40 inches, and shoulder to hem is 17 inches long.
